Shipping Destinations
We offer worldwide shipping, excluding Russia and China. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact our customer support team at info@vivubijou.com before placing an order.
Processing & Production Time
As each piece is uniquely crafted for you, the production time varies depending on design intricacy. Our standard processing and production time is between 4 to 6 weeks from the time the design is finalised, after which your jewelry will be shipped. We will provide an estimated timeline when confirming your order.
Shipping Methods & Fees

Free Shipping: Available for orders shipped to Belgium, Europe (including the UK), and the USA.
